I never thought a good shampoo could make such a huge difference in my hair but this stuff is legit!

The results of this shampoo are incredible. You wouldn't think with such a tiny amount of shampoo that hair would respond so dramatically but it totally does! My hair is a richer deeper color with a ton of shine and NO FRIZZ! I don't need any other products to achieve the look, only shampoo and a good conditioner to follow. I don't have to use a straight iron or even brush my hair. I seriously can't get over how good this is for my hair.

I have long, thick, slightly wavy, color-treated hair. I put off trying this for a long time because of the price, but after trying a few other Pureology products that I really liked, I decided to give this a shot.

I don't like the fragrance. It isn't the worst hair care product I've ever smelled, but it's not good either. But given the performance of the products, I wouldn't be surprised if it grew on me. The minty conditioner smells nicer than the shampoo, which somehow reminds me of black licorice.

Recently discovered some common shampoo ingredients were contributing to newly triggered breakouts and I had to find a product without them (the pore-cloggers, for me, are sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, coconut oil, and algae extract.) Most shampoos that are free of these ingredients still left my hair feeling dirty and greasy, but I finally spent the extra money for Pureology and it's WORTH IT. My hair finally feels clean and silky and smells great.

The bottle seems comically small for the price but you really only need a quarter sized dollop per wash, per the bottle's recommendation (I have med-long length hair and it was plenty).

The shampoo and conditioner is wonderful. My hair is soft, tangle free and smells wonderful.
I don't like the cost versus the small bottles.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
