First product sent - smelled similar but a stronger peppermint - it was not as thick as real pureology and looked and felt more like a hand lotion- smooth and glossy. Also did not work at all to untangle hair - I had to use an ungodly amount. Real pureology is thick and has some texture to it. The bottles were exactly the same- same sky numbers, etc. Hope this helps - in case you believe you received a fake conditioner.
Do not listen to negative reviews! This is legit.

my hair always falls out when I wash it and so does anyone else's, that's what our bodies naturally do. It does have a cooling effect on your scalp so if you don't like that then you shouldn't buy it, but it does not burn or hurt and it did not cause me any irritation and I have extremely sensitive skin. My hair feels great, I love the smell and I will purchase this product again!

Seriously don't understand the bad reviews here due to counterfeit. I've purchased this product 10+ times with no issue.

I have been looking for a conditioner I like FOREVER. I have super long hair (down to my butt) its very fine, gets greasy easily. And tangles so easy. I also have dyed hair so need something for that. I am also SUPER picky with scents. I cannot stand a conditioner that smells of strong perfume!

This conditioner literally has it all. I always see it has decent reviews, but its pricey. Well its perfect. I have used it quite a few times now and I love it. My hair doesnt tangle, its not heavy, it doesnt make my hair greasy. It smells PERFECT (very light scent). My hair is also way shiner, its beautiful. I will be buying more!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
