PAUL MITCHELL'S "EXTRA BODY THICKEN UP JELL", IS A CLEAR NON SMELLING OR STICKY, LIKE SOME OTHER JELLS.
APPLY IT TO DAMP HAIR, THEN STYLE. I'VE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER A YEAR AND USE IT ON CLEAN WASHED HAIR THEN LET MY HAIR DRY NATURALLY MOST OF THE TIME. WHEN DRY I COMB THROUGH AND STYLE.

A good product, just a bit heavy for my very fine hair. Easy to use, pleasant scent. For I prefer the Extra Body Daily Boost simply because my hair is so fine- this would be a great product for another hair type. It does give good body, without buildup.
Great product - but the dispenser top jammed & did not work

Oy, what can I say? I love the Paul Mitchell Extra-Body Thicken Up Styling Liquid.... it's the best hair thickener I have ever used, however sometimes these dispenser-tops do not work. This happened on my order; however luckily I still had an older bottle left & simply transferred the old top to the new bottle. What else can you do?
My new strategy is to stop buying this item on Amazon & go back to purchasing it at the local CVS Pharmacy. If the dispenser top jams -- I can instantly return it & get another. I don't have to waste time with the UPS..... that's my recommendation.
Broken Dispenser Cap

The product is very good, I like it a lot. However, the dispensing cap was broken when received. The seller had placed a thin blue tape over the cap holding it to the bottle. When the tape was removed the dispenser cap came off with the tape. I was going to return the product, but was able to replace the broken cap with the dispenser cap from another bottle.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
