Being a male I was having trouble with my thick curly hair when I decided to grow it out. After some research I stumbled across a site that recommended this product. Took me a few days to figure out this stuff can't be bought just anywhere, you actually have to find a salon or some beauty store of sorts. Never liked having to go into a salon and asking about it (little embarrasing being a guy). Saw it here and despite what other reviewers said about recieving a knock off or old merchandise I took the chance.
I've used this for years, and I think it has served me well.
I initially came to this one because of its "leave-in" approach.
(I also like that it provides a light degree of "hold", without my having to use a separate product.)
I have no 'scientific evidence' to prove how much it has helped me keep my head of dark hair, but being over 70, I'm inclined to believe it has helped.
I have been using Paul Mitchell's The Conditioner for years and years. I have naturally curly hair and this product is the key to keeping my curls in big loops instead of getting all frizzy. (I let it dry naturally, no scrunching or anything.) Plus it keeps my hair in really good shape. Protects from sun, chlorine, salt water, etc.
My favorite conditioner for fine Limp hair. I was hesitant to not rinse out the conditioner (as per the instructions) but it does not make your hair greasy. In fact I think it gives it the perfect amount of moisture and also allows me to wear my hair two days. With most other conditioners my hair is too greasy the next morning to not wash again. I put the product in from root to tip but do focus more on the ends than the top part. Highly recommend
