I bought the 3 part system and love it! You can most definitely see a big difference after 1 use. I wish I was told about this product years ago. I do recommend the pumps for the shampoo and conditioner bottles, also you only need a small amount it's very concentrated.

It worked the first two times i used it. My hair looked great. Now it makes my hair an oily mess really and my hair is dry at the ends but oil at the root after using this. The shampoo dries my hair out like crazy.
Bonus a little goes a long way!

Best shampoo ever. Helps hair feel super soft and brush runs right though it easily, even if working with damage. Tip- a little will do it. I have medium length hair and it is moderately thick. I used a quarter size amount. Dabbed it throughout hair about six different areas then put the rest on ends and it lathers up great!

The smell to me is similar to dish soap..however the product itself is amazing. I had the gastric sleeve a year ago and have had extensions in for months due to embarrassment of thin straw like hair. For the first time in no the I have no extensions in and my hair is shiny. I can actually brush it and it doesn't stick straight up. The picture to the rt is after 1 deep treatment and 2 washes with the shampoo and conditioner

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
