Great product but bottle was leaking upon arrival. That would be my only concern

I've been using Olaplex No 3, at home hair treatment, with the advice of the owner of the Aveda Salon I go to since October. Prior to that, my hair was over-processed (former salon), lifeless, damaged, dry, brittle, and looked like it was losing its fullness. The Olaplex completely turned the condition of my hair around. So adding in the No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo, as well as the No. 5 Conditioner has made my hair strong, shiny, and healthy. I've bought Olaplex for my nieces and would recommend it for anyone struggling with damaged hair, especially from being over-processed like mine was.

Let me start out by saying I have naturally curly/wavy hair - think low-po, coarse, thick 2B/3C hair. I have tried so many brands over the years, but I struggle with frizz a lot even when it is moisturized and healthy. (I live in a really humid place.) I switch between wearing it curly for long periods or also blow dry and curl. I was really reticent to spend the money on the shampoo and conditioner set, but I'm so glad I did. My hair has never been silkier, smoother, or healthier! This pic is even right after a color/foil treatment, and you can see how healthy it still is. Plus, the product is so incredibly concentrated, it takes very little to use it (and I have mid-to-long length hair). In fact, I just reordered the shampoo after using the same 8oz bottle for nearly 6 months. I now use this line almost exclusively. I love the No. 6, as well, because it is great as a styling cream wet or helping touch up dry ends between washes. Please, please, consider investing in this. You'll be surprised how long it lasts and your hair will thank you!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
